These travel agency business forms are created using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and a graphic format) and Adobe Design software. Most documents can be converted into a fillable Adobe PDF format if needed.

The real cost and the time to produce a custom designed form or document depends on the type of document requested.  For example, producing a simple one page document like a flyer, stationary template or questionnaire (one-sided) with limited or non-complex formatting takes a few hours up to one day for approximately $15 (fifteen dollars) or less (rough estimate). A more complex and time-consuming document like a brochure (double-sided), presentation, business plan or a Profile Form which involves designing, adding content, and then formatting would cost much more.  Building a website can be costly, but I will work with you and your budget. After consultation, an estimate for the scope of work needed and timeline would be established per your project.


FREE CONSULTATION

It does not matter how simple or complex your project may be, a private consultation with me will decide time and costs for my custom business form, content, and copywriting services. During our free half-hour phone consultation to discuss your project, I will ask questions to help me know and understand exactly what you want and need. For instance, we may discuss the type of form and design style, colors, and look. Or the type of content you need written or edited for a website, article, post of blog. After consulting with you I can give you an approximate timeline for completion along with a ball park estimate or price quote for creating your custom document(s) or content design or other project. All quotes are for each project, i.e., a one page document verses a two page document or a multi-page document like a proposal, contract or brochure.  Then depending upon the content (simple or complex) (formatting or not) of the document(s), I can figure out the first draft and final completion timelines.


THE DESIGN PROCESS

Creating your document is a detailed and often timely process. For example, let’s say your form is more complex like a fillable form with extensive content and special formatting. Perhaps your document will included elements such as media or image insertions, drop down boxes, list boxes, check boxes, or radio buttons. Please note that this type of development may take several days depending on the amount of content you may need added to the form. Nevertheless, I can help guide your vision to create any form or document desired within a specific time frame. Website or Blog design and content requires more labor and a longer timeline.

Ultimately, the design process is very intricate. It starts with designing a form from a concept to conclusion.  Afterwards the content and/or any features or media elements are added as needed. Following the content, the formatting, and then editing of the first draft proceeds and depending on the type may take a great deal of time to complete. When these rough elements are completed, the first draft will be sent to you electronically before any last editing or form testing is done to complete the project. Once you’ve reviewed this draft, we will further discuss any changes or additions you may want. Next, you must then apply notes or comments, approve it, and return this draft to me so I can continue and finish the project per your instructions.

THE FINAL PROCESS

Once approved, your draft will be edited, revised, and tested to make sure your form(s) look and perform properly (i.e. fillable). When this step is completed you will receive either a second draft or your finished product. There is a two draft allotment (included in pricing), most often only one draft is needed before your form is completed.
