WHAT’S INCLUDED

Currently, I’m offering ten separate packages in my Wiser Travel Agents Business Forms Products line. Specifically, you’ll find various sets of Standard Forms and Documents for clients, administrative, and financial use. My forms are divided into three categories, 1) one package of Standard Contracts, 2) five individual packages of Standard Forms and 3) four cost savings bundled Standard Combo Forms packages. Each package is featured below with a table of contents describing what forms are included in each package.

These forms are compatible with all computer operating systems and mobile devices. Due to Intellectual Property issues with my forms being shared publicly, I prefer not to display the actual documents online. Instead, I offer a table of contents describing what’s included in each digital package. Also, reviews from agents who have purchased my forms are on my website to view.

It has taken me an enormous amount of time and effort to update these documents to make them generic and available for you. Therefore, please see the Table of Contents (TOC) describing what’s included in these ten packages listed below. Just click on the TOC links of each package.

MY TRAVEL AGENTS BUSINESS PRODUCTS PRICING

In launching my Wiser Travel Agents Business Forms Products eight years ago, the goal was to keep the purchase costs comparable to the market. On the other hand, the real advantage to buying my forms are: 1) no monthly subscription fee, 2) no hidden costs, and 3) all the forms are easy to modify. Moreover, I designed these timeless forms from a travel agent’s perspective. Therefore, adding your agency’s branding to any of these forms and documents is straightforward. Subsequently, you will get what you need and expect from my products.

Finally, after perusing my site and once you’ve selected a package, the acceptable method of payment upon checkout is by credit card or PayPal. Pay Later is not an option. My business (this website of products) is based in California. So, I exclude California tax only in the posted prices below. However, you will see the total cost including those taxes (7.5%) at checkout before completing your purchase transaction.

My Wiser Travel Agents Business Products contain a variety of client, administrative and financial forms in word, excel, and PDF formats. They are listed chronologically the way that I used them in my business. Below is a brief description of the packaged documents available for sale (price listed excludes taxes). These stand-alone Standard Client, Administrative, and Financial business forms are great if you only need a few forms to begin your travel agent journey. Please see my entire list of forms below.

STANDARD CLIENT FORMS-1TA / TOC

My Clients Forms package contains forms & letters are sent to clients before their trip planning begins. This package also includes a Special Bonus Document: How Travel Agents Earn Their Living.  

STANDARD ADMIN1 FORMS-2TA / TOC

Admin1 package contains letters, surveys, and questionnaires for clients like a Welcome Back Letter. It also includes a Special Bonus Document: Child’s Consent to Travel Authorization Form.

13 Docs ~ $15.99

Admin2 package contains various forms like Cruise Line Quote Sheets, Hotel Quote, Trip Itinerary, Client Trip Cost Breakdown. It also includes a Special Bonus Document: Three Property Inspection Reports.  

A few agents asked if I had any service agreement contracts. The answer is yes!  Agents will find an assortment of Contracts offered here including a set of group contracts.  My Wiser Travel Agents Contracts Products specifically outline the terms for working with your agency. Contracts are an effective way to have a more professional and transparent working relationship with clients. 

Plus, these documents are especially good for eliminating “Shoppers” who only waste your time and energy. Moreover, I offer various types of contracts such as a Travel Services Agreement and an Independent Contractor (IC) Agreement. You will also find a questionnaire for qualifying new IC agents and an IC Application too. These Contracts are now available in the WTA Website Depository (Products/Shop).

MY COMBO PACKAGES

(Standard ~ Classic ~ Premium ~ Platinum)

These combination packages make it easier for you to buy multiple sets of the forms. They are my best sellers. For example, Combo1 & Combo2 are each a two-set combination (meaning two of the Standard Single Packages are combined in each of these Combo Packs.  Whereas Combo3 includes all 5 standard packaged sets (53 forms), and Combo4 includes all six standard package forms including the Contracts package.  

Alternatively, purchasing a combo package costs less than buying several of the standard packages individually. Taxes are not included in the prices below but are shown at check out. In addition, for a full description of what each package contains click on the Product Title Links/TOC below for the packages listed below. I recommend buying any one of these combo package that suits your needs. A great value!
