- Be a legitimate home-based North American Travel Agent who has affiliation with a legitimate Host Agency.
- Be an independent agent working within North America (USA and Canada) without a host and have either (IATAN, VTC, CLIA, and/or TRUE) credentials.
- Be an inside agent with a legitimate “brick and mortar” North American retail travel agency.

Generally, the fastest path into this industry is by affiliating with a Host Agency. A well established host agency will provide the training and resources you will need to build a viable travel business.
