BUSINESS CONTRACTS NEW FORMS CATEGORY

Wiser Travel Agents Business Contracts is a new forms category being added soon to the products listed on this site (which has been added). Stay tuned. You need Contracts. I have been asked many times if I have any Service Agreement Contracts for Clients.  The answer is yes!  Also available in this package will be an Agreement for Groups. This contract is given to the group’s leader or contact person for signature. This group agreement outlines the agency’s specific business terms for working with groups. Group travel can be daunting without detailed terms outlining who leads the group and is responsible for working with the travel agent. It alleviates the headache of too many cooks, instead clearly designated who holds the group leader title, plus more.

Additionally, there are several other types of contracts like an Independent Contractor (IC) Agreement which will be available either separately or in a package. I also have a questionnaire for qualifying new IC agents that will go with the IC Agreement.  You’ll have contracts.

Furthermore, you will be able to modify or edit those contractual documents anyway you wish.  Check back often because these Business Contracts will be added to the WTA Website Depository (Products Shop) in the near future.
